About Cars on 1St: More Than a Car Show
Cars on First is a one-day fundraising event held in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, blending the excitement of car culture with a mission-driven community experience. Hosted by SJC Boxing Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the event raises vital funding to support year-round mentorship, training, and competition opportunities for over 200 at-risk youth across Southwest Florida.
This high-energy event transforms historic First Street into an immersive, family-friendly experience featuring a curated lineup of classic, exotic, American muscle, and custom-modified cars—all showcased against the backdrop of one of Florida’s most beloved and walkable downtown districts.
But Cars on First is more than a car show.
It’s a powerful celebration of what makes Fort Myers exceptional: community pride, small business support, creative expression, and people working together for a shared cause. By bringing together local residents, business owners, car lovers, artists, and nonprofit leaders, the event helps highlight the talent, flavor, and heart of our region.
