Vehicle Placement

By attending or participating in Cars On 1st events, participants grant permission for the use of:

for marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, and media purposes without compensation or additional approval.

 

Sponsorship & Promotional Terms

Sponsors, exhibitors, influencers, and promotional partners acknowledge that:

  • Placement locations may change due to operational or safety needs

  • Promotional activities must comply with local laws and event standards

  • Cars On 1st reserves the right to modify schedules, layouts, activations, or promotional opportunities if necessary

 

Liability Waiver

Participation in Cars On 1st events is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Cars On 1st, Ubuntu Spirit Inc., affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, municipalities, staff, partners, vendors, and contractors are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Theft

  • Vehicle damage

  • Mechanical failures

  • Accidents

  • Lost items

  • Actions of third parties

 

Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

Community & Nonprofit Support

Cars On 1st proudly supports Ubuntu Spirit Inc. and community-focused initiatives throughout Southwest Florida.

Portions of proceeds, fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and donations may support nonprofit and charitable initiatives connected to Ubuntu Spirit Inc.
