To confirm your participation in Cars on First, full payment must be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations without payment will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.

Failure to submit payment upon registration will result in automatic removal from the event roster.

As this is a curated event with limited space, timely payment ensures your confirmed placement and inclusion in all event communications and promotions.

Participation is only guaranteed after payment is received.

Car Registration Entry Fee: What Happens Next: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration details and a digital welcome packet. Load-in instructions, staging zones, and check-in times will be emailed 1–2 weeks prior to the event.
