Operational Plan: Load-In & Load-Out Procedures
To ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with city regulations, Cars On 1st will follow a structured load-in and load-out process for all vendors, food trucks, and show vehicles.
Load-In Procedures
Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Location: Downtown Fort Myers (Primary Entry via Jackson Street)
Entry Route: Monroe Street → Bay Street → Enter at Jackson Street

Vendor Load-In Time: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Show Vehicle Load-In: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

All Cars Must Be Stationary By: 10:30 AM

Public Event Start: 12:00 PM (Noon)
All vendors and participants must check in at the Jackson Street entrance where designated staff and volunteers will direct them to their assigned spaces. Food trucks and vendors will undergo generator and safety checks upon arrival.
Important:

Non-stationary vendor vehicles must vacate the footprint by 9:30 AM.

No vehicle movement will be allowed within the secured event zone after 10:30 AM.
This protocol ensures the safety of pedestrians and allows time for final event preparations before gates open to the public.
Load-Out Procedures
Public Event Ends: 5:00 PM
Controlled Load-Out Begins: 5:30 PM
Streets Reopen for Vehicle Access: 6:30 PM
Final Exit for Trailered Vehicles: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, a Pedestrian Safety Sweep will be conducted by event staff and security. All guests will be guided out of the event footprint to ensure a clear zone for breakdown activities.
Vendor teardown may begin during this window, but no vehicles may enter the perimeter until official clearance is given by the Event Command Tent at 5:30 PM.
