Fee: $75.00 (50% Discounted Rate)

Eligibility:

Must submit one original artwork piece to be auctioned at the event (benefiting one of the charities involved).
On-site photo verification of setup is required upon arrival.

This is a great opportunity to share your creative work with a large audience and support a cause that uplifts Southwest Florida youth.

General Event Guidelines (Applies to All Vendors)

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN

Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown.
Specific arrival instructions and location assignments will be emailed in advance.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity is not guaranteed.
Power comes from city-operated light poles and may be unreliable.
We strongly recommend using battery-powered or solar lighting.

SPACING & PLACEMENT

Space placement will be coordinated to ensure balanced layout and traffic flow.
Space assignments are made at the discretion of event organizers.

WEATHER POLICY

The event will proceed rain or shine unless canceled before setup due to safety concerns.
Vendors must bring weather protection for themselves and their equipment.
The event team is not responsible for weather-related damages.
In the event of a cancellation prior to setup, vendor fees will be refunded.

Spaces are limited and approved on a first-come, first-verified basis.

By submitting this registration, the vendor agrees to the following:

I will provide physical copies of all required business permits, licenses, and liability insurance upon check-in and will keep these documents readily available on-site throughout the event for verification.

I will submit a real-time photo of my booth setup upon arrival on event day.
I understand that electricity is not guaranteed, and I will supply my own battery-powered or solar lighting if needed.
I acknowledge that vendor space assignments are at the discretion of event organizers and are intended to ensure balance and variety.
I understand that this is a rain-or-shine event, and that organizers are not responsible for any weather-related damages.
I understand that vendor fees are only refundable if the event is canceled prior to setup.
