Art Vendor Information

Fee: $75.00 (50% Discounted Rate)
Availability: 10 Artist Spaces

Eligibility:

  • Must submit one original artwork piece to be auctioned at the event (benefiting one of the charities involved).

  • On-site photo verification of setup is required upon arrival.

 

This is a great opportunity to share your creative work with a large audience and support a cause that uplifts Southwest Florida youth.

General Event Guidelines (Applies to All Vendors)

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN

  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown.

  • Specific arrival instructions and location assignments will be emailed in advance.

ELECTRICITY

  • Electricity is not guaranteed.

  • Power comes from city-operated light poles and may be unreliable.

  • We strongly recommend using battery-powered or solar lighting.

SPACING & PLACEMENT

  • Space placement will be coordinated to ensure balanced layout and traffic flow.

  • Space assignments are made at the discretion of event organizers.

WEATHER POLICY

  • The event will proceed rain or shine unless canceled before setup due to safety concerns.

  • Vendors must bring weather protection for themselves and their equipment.

  • The event team is not responsible for weather-related damages.

  • In the event of a cancellation prior to setup, vendor fees will be refunded.

Spaces are limited and approved on a first-come, first-verified basis.

Vendor Terms & Acknowledgment Agreement

By submitting this registration, the vendor agrees to the following:

  • I will provide physical copies of all required business permits, licenses, and liability insurance upon check-in and will keep these documents readily available on-site throughout the event for verification.

  • I will submit a real-time photo of my booth setup upon arrival on event day.

  • I understand that electricity is not guaranteed, and I will supply my own battery-powered or solar lighting if needed.

  • I acknowledge that vendor space assignments are at the discretion of event organizers and are intended to ensure balance and variety.

  • I understand that this is a rain-or-shine event, and that organizers are not responsible for any weather-related damages.

  • I understand that vendor fees are only refundable if the event is canceled prior to setup.

  • I agree to comply with all applicable laws and event regulations, including city permitting, safety codes, and (where applicable) food service requirements.

  • I understand that my product offerings may be reviewed by organizers to ensure vendor diversity.

  • I grant permission for my business name, logo, booth, and products to be photographed, recorded, or publicly shared in any media or promotional content produced for Cars on First.
