Load In

Required Entry Route: Monroe Street → Bay Street → Enter at Jackson Street

​Vendor Load-In Schedule: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Instructions:

• All food trucks and vendors must follow the designated routing and check in at Jackson Street for placement.

• Staff and volunteers will be available for parking, placement, and generator checks.

• Non-Stationary Vendor Vehicles:  Must vacate the footprint by 9:30 AM

• No vehicle movement allowed within the event perimeter after 9:30 AM

Load Out

Event Ends: 7:00 PM Controlled Load-Out Begins: 7:30 PM

Roads Reopen: 8:30 PM Final Exit (Trailered Vehicles): 8:30–9:30 PM 

• Pedestrian Safety Sweep (7:00–7:30 PM)

• All guests must exit the event footprint.

• Volunteers and security teams clear pedestrian areas and direct lingering attendees to sidewalks.

• Vendor breakdown begins during this time, but no vehicles may enter until the Event Command Tent gives clearance at 7:30 PM.,
