Vendor Loading Information
Load In
Required Entry Route: Monroe Street → Bay Street → Enter at Jackson Street
Vendor Load-In Schedule: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Instructions:

All food trucks and vendors must follow the designated routing and check in at Second & Lee Street for placement.

Staff and volunteers will be available for parking, placement, and generator checks.

Non-Stationary Vendor Vehicles: Must vacate the footprint by 9:30 AM

No vehicle movement allowed within the event perimeter after 9:30 AM
Load Out
Event Ends: 4:00 PM Controlled Load-Out Begins: 4:30 PM
Roads Reopen: 5:30 PM Final Exit (Trailered Vehicles): 4:30–5:30 PM
Instructions:

Pedestrian Safety Sweep (5:00–5:30 PM)

All guests must exit the event footprint.

Volunteers and security teams clear pedestrian areas and direct lingering attendees to sidewalks.

Vendor breakdown begins during this time, but no vehicles may enter until the Event Command Tent gives clearance at 5:30 PM.,
Required Exit Route: Jackson Street - Bay Street-Royal Palm Blvd.
Car Loading Information
Load In
All show vehicles must arrive between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM for credentialing, placement, and setup before the event opens to the public. A precise window will be provided for registered cars, before the date of the event.
Required Entry Route Determined By Zone (Assigned Before Event)
Access Streets: Second Street & Lee Street
Car Load-In Begins: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Cars will be provided with spot location and entrance to use via email before date.

Load Out
Event Ends: 4:00 PM Controlled Load-Out Begins: 4:30 PM
Roads Reopen: 5:30 PM
Instructions:

Roads will be reopened to the public by 5:30 PM.

All vehicles and equipment not cleared by then must move to side staging areas coordinated with city officials and security.

No extended presence is allowed past 6:00 PM without written city approval.
